Z軸尺規支架，HiTorque大型銑床

I was a little worried about alignment, but the set screws held the read head dead steady once I snugged them down. The bracket itself is solid cast metal, not stamped, so it feels like it'll hold up for years of use.

Machined surfaces are clean and the holes line up exactly with the mounting block on my SX3.5L, so the DRO read head sits snug with zero shimming needed. Took maybe ten minutes to swap over, and the fit is reassuringly rigid once torqued down.

The bracket bolted on perfectly to the mill’s mounting block, and the DRO read head sits rock-solid with zero wobble during heavy cuts. Was a bit unsure about fit on my SX3.5L, but it lined right up with the existing holes. Exactly what I needed.
