The alignment is spot on—my Z-axis feed screw now runs true without any wobble, and the fit in the column was snug right out of the box. Took me about ten minutes to swap out the old setup, and the rigidity feels noticeably better on the mill.

This bracket took all the slop out of my Z-axis; the alignment is perfect now and the threads mesh smoothly with the lead screw.

The machining on this bracket is spot-on—the screw seats perfectly in the column without any wobble, and the bolt holes lined up on the first try. It's a solid little part that does exactly what it's supposed to for the SX2.7. Took me about ten minutes to swap out the old one.
