It took a bit of final turning on my lathe, but once dialed in, the 1/2"-20 threads on this 3-inch adapter mate perfectly with my chuck. The three holes make alignment straightforward, and the fit is solid with no wobble.

Had to face the adapter on my lathe before it would work, but the included instructions made the process straightforward enough. The 3-inch diameter fits my chuck perfectly, and the three-hole pattern lines up exactly as it should.

Finally got the adapter trued up on the spindle—the three bolt holes lined up perfectly and the included turning instructions made the final fit a lot easier than I expected.
