Installed this replacement clamp on my tailstock quill and it locks tight with zero play. The standard SKU 1308 fit perfectly as a direct swap. Nice to have a solid steel piece instead of the plastic original.

The clamp's steel body is surprisingly sturdy and the threads engage smoothly right out of the box. It locked my quill solid with just a quarter turn, way better than the worn-out original. Exactly what my mini lathe needed.

Finally found a clamp that actually holds the tailstock quill tight without slipping during drilling. The machining on this replacement part is precise enough that it aligned perfectly with my existing setup, saving me from having to modify anything.
