Collet Block, ER-32 Hexagonal

I needed a rigid way to hold small shafts for milling keyways, and this ER-32 hex block grips them without any marring or slippage. The hex shape makes indexing in a vise quick and repeatable, saving me setup time.

First time using an ER-32 system and the hex is machined precisely enough that it doesn't rock at all in my vise jaws. The hardened steel feels like it will hold up to heavy use without deforming.

The hex shape makes seating it in a vise for tapping or milling jobs way more stable than a round block, and the internal threads on the back let me mount it directly to my fixture plate without extra tooling. It holds my ER32 collets snugly with zero wobble, so setup feels quick and repeatable.
