The panel cutouts for the switch and knob are precisely machined—no filing needed to get everything seated. It's a simple shell, but it gives the lathe a clean, finished front end that feels solid once mounted.

The cutouts line up perfectly with my switch and knob, so the install was basically just screw it on and wire it up. Panel feels solid enough that I’m not worried about it flexing when I flip the reversing switch. Exactly what the lathe needed.

I was relieved that all the cutouts for the switches and knob were already done, saving me a ton of measuring. It fits perfectly on the front of my mini lathe without any modification.
