Finally got this dial installed, and the anodized finish matches the mill's original parts perfectly. The smooth 40 mm bore slid right onto the hand wheel clutch without any filing.

The 100 divisions make tramming the head way easier than the stock dial, and the 40 mm bore slipped right over the clutch with zero fuss. Only gripe is the anodizing scratches a bit easily if you're not careful.

The 100-division markings are crisp and easy to read, and the anodized finish feels durable. Fit over the hand wheel clutch was snug but went on without fuss. Only knock is the bore could be a touch tighter for my taste, but it works fine on the mill.
