I needed a full range of tiny bits for my mini lathe work, and this set delivers all 60 sizes. The shorter machine-length design makes them much easier to control on small, precise jobs than standard long bits.

The smaller 5/8 length bits on this set are perfect for my mini lathe, they take up way less space than standard drills. Having every size from #1 to #60 gives me exactly the right bit for small screw holes without the bulk.

Picked up this set to fill gaps in my mini lathe tooling, and the screw machine length is perfect for tight headstock clearance. The HSS holds an edge well on brass and aluminum, and all 60 bits arrived cleanly indexed with no rust or wobble in the case.
