The 260 mm clearance on this Y-axis gib is perfect for my taller workpieces, and it slides into the X1 micro mill frame with zero binding. Installation was straightforward once I removed the old part, and the rigid build feels like it'll hold alignment well.

Took a bit of adjustment to get the clearance just right on my X1 micro mill, but once dialed in the Y-axis gib eliminated all the play I was fighting. The 260 mm spec matched perfectly with my setup, making tramming much more precise. Glad I finally swapped out the worn original.
