The 100 divisions are spaced perfectly—no more squinting or guessing when I'm sneaking up on a depth cut on the SX2.7. It mounts solidly and tracks true without any annoying backlash. Took a minute to zero it, but now vertical travel is just a quick glance away.

Finally, a dial that's actually legible while I'm leaning over the mill — the 100 divisions on the Z-axis make zeroing and tracking my passes feel almost automatic. It's a small part, but the machining on the graduations is crisp enough that I don't have to squint.

The 100 divisions make it way easier to hit exact depths than the stock dial did, and the markings are sharp enough to read without squinting. Zeroed it out on the Z-axis and it's been dead consistent through a full afternoon of milling.
