外徑溝槽刀座，1/2"柄徑，MGEHR08-2

The 1/2" shank seated perfectly in my lathe's tool post, and the clamping feels rock solid with zero flex during cuts. Indexing the inserts is quick and precise, which makes swapping grooves a two-minute job instead of a fiddly one.

Clamped this in the tool post this morning and the 1/2" shank fit perfectly—no wobble at all. The insert seating is dead-on accurate, and the grooving cuts came out clean and repeatable. Swapped inserts in under a minute, which is way better than my old setup.

Finally got around to mounting this on my QCTP and the 1/2" shank fit snug without any fiddling. The insert indexing is dead-on precise, so I didn't waste time fiddling with alignment on a few external grooves. It's solid enough that I've already run a dozen parts without any chatter.
