Finally got this installed on my mill, and the handle fits securely with the recess for the reverse tapping buttons lining up perfectly. The coarse feed motion is noticeably smoother and easier to control than the stock knob.

The recess for the reverse tapping buttons lines up perfectly, so the handle seats flush without any fiddling. Swapped out the stock one on my mill and the extra leverage on the coarse feed makes a real difference.

Finally got this installed on my mill and the extra leverage makes Z-axis adjustments so much smoother. The handle fits perfectly in my hand and the recess for the tapping buttons is a nice touch.
