The dog clutch engages cleanly with no slop, which made swapping it onto the 12 mm shaft effortless. This aluminum wheel feels solid and turns the X-axis with a much better grip than the stock plastic one.

The dog clutch engagement feels precise when sliding it onto the 12 mm shaft, and the 100 mm diameter gives just the right leverage for fine X-axis tweaks without overreaching. I’ve been using it daily for a week and it hasn’t loosened or wobbled at all.

The 100mm diameter gives a nice, solid feel when turning the X-axis, and the dog clutch engagement is noticeably positive. I was glad to find this exact replacement for the missing original part on my mill.
