Live Center, 2MT

Spun it up in the lathe and the 60° point ran dead true—no wobble at all. The ground finish is noticeably smoother than the old live center I was using.

The hardened steel body feels incredibly solid, and the ground point seated my stock perfectly true on the first try. No vibration or wobble at all during turning, just clean, accurate work. Exactly what I needed for my lathe projects.

The 60-degree point seats workpieces dead-on every time, and the hardened steel body has held up through a dozen heavy turning jobs without a hint of wear. At 148mm long, it clears my tailstock chuck easily, so setup takes half the time it used to.
