Pinion，Z軸

The teeth meshed perfectly with my mini mill's drive gear on the first try—zero wobble or binding. Exactly the precise fit I needed for smooth Z-axis motion.

Took a while to get here, but the machining on the teeth is spotless and it dropped onto the Z-axis shaft without any binding. My mini mill is cutting smoother than it has in months, so this little part was definitely the culprit.

The fit on my mini mill's Z-axis was spot-on, and the gear teeth engage smoothly with no backlash noise during jogging. Took about ten minutes to swap out, and it's held up through a few hours of cutting without any wobble.
