The pointer’s laser-engraved markings are much sharper than the old one, making readings precise against the ruler. It slides right onto the rail and stays put without any wobble.

The pointer fits snugly on the X-axis scale and the red mark is easy to read even from a slight angle. I’ve had no wobble or ghosting during use, which made zeroing in much simpler than with old generic pointers. Exactly what I needed to finish the alignment on my mill.
