The multi-V grooves seat the poly belt perfectly, and swapping it over to get the 5000 RPM top end took maybe ten minutes. It’s a solid, cleanly machined piece that finally makes the mill feel versatile without any belt slip at higher speeds.

The RPM range on this pulley is exactly what I needed—280 to 5000 covers everything from slow feeds to quick finishing passes. It mates perfectly with the poly V-belt, and the multi-V grooves make belt changes a breeze without any slip at higher speeds.

Swapped this onto my bench mill and the top end finally opens up — I can run the full 5000 RPM range now instead of hitting a wall around 3000. The poly-V belt seats cleanly in the grooves with no wobble at speed.
