Pulley, Timing, Motor, KX1 CNC CLEARANCE

My old pulley had worn teeth and the spindle was slipping mid-cut; this replacement dropped right in and the belt tension feels solid again. The machined surfaces mate cleanly with the shaft, so no fiddly adjustments were needed. Back to milling without hesitation.

Replacing the old pulley on my 3501 took about twenty minutes, and the teeth mesh perfectly with the belt now. It’s solidly machined and fits the motor shaft without any wobble.

Belt runs smooth as silk on my 3501 now, timing is spot on after swapping this in. The machining on the teeth looks clean and the bore fit snug without any slop. Just wish it came with a set screw, but my old one worked fine.
