The alignment holes for the timing belt are precisely cut—this pulley slid right onto the motor shaft without any binding. My lathe is running smoother now and seems quieter during threading operations.

Finally got the SC4 back up and running — this part matches the diagram exactly, so no fiddling with fitment. The pulley teeth are clean and crisp, which keeps the belt tracking true at speed. Bench top projects are humming along again.

The pulley's bore was a tight match for my lathe’s shaft, so it took a bit of gentle tapping to seat it properly. Once installed, it runs smoothly with no wobble, though I wish the set screw holes were pre-tapped a little deeper. Good replacement for the original part.
