Screw, M5x6 Pan Head Phillips Machine

The threads on this M5x6 are clean and engage smoothly, so swapping out the worn fastener on my lathe took less than a minute. The pan head gives good grip with a standard Phillips driver without stripping, which is all I really needed.

The M5x6 pan head design sits flush and doesn't strip out like some other fasteners I've tried. Perfect for securing the covers on my mill.

Ended up buying these after rounding off the original on my lathe, and the pan head sits flush without any wobble once seated. Threads are clean and the Phillips slot grabs the driver firmly, no stripping even at a decent torque.
