Set Screw, M3x10 Socket Flat Point

The flat point on this M3x10 screw seated perfectly against the tailstock cam, giving me a solid lock with no wobble. Took just a few turns with my hex key to secure it in place. Exactly what I needed to fix that loose tailstock.

The flat point fit perfectly into the cam lock slot on my tailstock, so the replacement took all of two minutes with a hex wrench. Threads are clean and it holds tight under load.

I needed a replacement for the M3x10 set screw on my lathe’s tailstock lock, and this one’s socket drive makes tightening it with an Allen key super easy. Fits perfectly and holds firm during operation.
