Sine Bar, 2.5", Fisher

The hardened steel surfaces are ground perfectly flat, and I was able to set a 15-degree angle within half a thou on my first try. This little 2.5" bar is sturdy enough for my milling vise setups.

I’ve been using this sine bar to set up compound angles on my milling table, and the 2.5” size is perfect for small fixtures. The ground surfaces are dead flat, so I get consistent measurements every time.

Used this to set a 30-degree angle on a test piece and it held perfectly. The 2.5-inch length fits nicely on my small bench.
