Had to pop the swivel base off my vise to install these, but once I did the 2-inch studs held rock solid through a heavy milling pass. The 3/8"-16 threads matched perfectly with my T-slots.

Finally, a kit that actually fits my 1/2" T-slot table. The 3/8"-16 studs threaded perfectly into my vise base. Works like a charm for quick mounting swaps.

I was a little confused at first about removing the swivel base, but once I did that the T-slot width was a perfect fit and installation was straightforward. The 3/8"-16 studs feel strong enough to hold my heavy vise securely.
