Washer, M4 Flat Large Diameter

The hole fits perfectly on M4 bolts, and the larger outer edge gives a much better grip than standard small washers. I’ve been using them for mounting brackets, and they don’t deform under moderate torque.

The 12 mm outside diameter is noticeably wider than standard M4 washers, which really spreads the load on softer materials. I measured the thickness at right around 1.0 mm and they sit nice and flat.

These fit perfectly on my M4 bolts for some custom brackets I'm making, the 12mm outer diameter gives a much better hold. The thickness feels consistent and solid across the whole batch.
